Arya Vaidya Sala (AVS), established in 1902 by P.S. Varier , is a leading institution in traditional Ayurvedic healthcare. AVS operates three drug manufacturing units, producing over 550 authentic Ayurvedic medicines with rigorous quality control. The institution manages a network of 27 branch clinics and around 1800 authorized dealers across India, ensuring widespread availability. Analyzed the 2021-22 balance sheet to extract meaningful financial insights. Examined the 2021-22 business report, focusing on key aspects and trends. Understood the pricing structure for various medicinal products, including unit prices, basic prices, MRP, and loose unit prices. Organized and filed employee details for doctors, staff, and attendees across all AVS branches in India. Assessed branch productivity for 2022-23 and 2023-24, comparing data with Branch and AHRC performance in Excel to identify differences and highlight variations. Assisted in voucher entry operations to ensure meticulous recording and documentation of financial transactions. Visited the AVS factory, herbal garden, research centers, and hospitals.
