Method Of Preparation Of Ayurvedic tea The method of preparation of all ayurvedic teas is the same. The only difference is the herbs used in preparing the teas. Vata predominant personality should have tea that includes ingredients like fennel, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, liquorice, and stevia. Pitta predominant personality should have tea with ingredients like ginger, cardamom, fennel, rose, liquorice, and stevia added in it. Kapha predominant personality should add ingredients like black pepper, clove, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and liquorice.
