An Example:
Team A made 1400 RBV and Team B made 1800
RBV. Matching RBV is 1400 and remain 400 RBV
Carryforward.
1400 x 10% = Rs. 140/-
This method applies till 1999 RBV matching in a
Business month. Once IBA made above 1999 RBV
matching, automatically eligible to Point slab.

27. The most attractive & well designed incentive model which helps to spread our sales as well income too. RBV Incentive System
Compensates based on Points generated by respective IBA in a particular month. IBA who complete RBV Matching of 1999 and
above will eligible to get RBV point incentives. For every 1999 RBV match count, will get an extra point volume. For RBV
Incentives, allocated 40% of equal fund on total RBV turnover of the company generated in a particular month.

An Example:-
Mr X had two teams called Team A & Team B. Team A made RBV 15600 and Team B made RBV 12800. Now the matching RBV
will be 12800 which equals to generate 6 points in a particular month. And the remain unmatched RBV of 2800 carry forward.

Now, how to calculate Point Value?
Total RBV Turnover of the Company – 495000
Total RBV Points Generated – 525
RBV Point Allocation – 40 / 100 x 495000 = 198000

Terms: - * RBV Incentives will calculated and paid on monthly basis/calendar month. * 1 RBV Point = 1999 BV : 1999 BV
* RBV Points calculated multiple times of 1999 RBV matching. * Maximum Limit of RBV Incentives are subject Rs. 2 Lakh in
a month. * RBV Incentives calculated after all returns/refunds/cancelled orders. * Above methods for illustration /
explanatory only and actuals may vary based on RBV Turnover in a particular month. * Self purchase is mandate to get

After Eligibility, need to complete minimum 10,000 RBV Matching per month to stay active for Bike Fund
Bike Fund will not generates, once reached threshold limit of Rs. 1,00,000/-
