Step 1: First, preparing to go in an harvesting area which fish-cage is located and after that we added a net in the upper layer of fish-cage for that is essential in harvesting.
Step2: After harvesting we prepared to scoop the fishes and put in the chilling tank with ice on it so that the fish will die or weaken.
Step3: After that weighting the fishes we added some ice to preserve the freshness.
Step 4: After weighting we computed the FCR.
Step 5: After computed we prepare for packing and after that it's ready for distribution.
Summary: Therefore, we conclude that harvesting of Milkfish is a step by step procedure, that needs to be followed in order to achieve a successful process and good preservation of fish quality.
