CONTRACT FOR GENDER REVEAL PARTY CELEBRATION
This Contract, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement,” is made and entered into on this 2
nd
day of
June, 2024 by and between Belle’s Radiant Revelries, a Consulting and Events Planning firm located
at Zone 4, Brgy. Lunao, Gingoog City, and Mr. & Mrs. Lee, Zhongmou, residing at Old Town,
Gingoog City.
I. Services
Belle’s Radiant Revelries agrees to provide the following services for the Client’s Gender Reveal
Party celebration, to wit:
. Event Planning
. Decorations
. Catering
. Entertainment
II. Date and Time
The event will be held on August 4, 2024 at 6:00 in the evening at Eve’s Garden, National Highway,
Gingoog City
III. Payment
The Client agrees to pay Belle’s Radiant Revelries a total of (P57,399.00) for the services provided.
Payment will be made as follows:
. June 4, 2024 – Deposit upon signing (P20,000.00) remaining balance due on
August 2, 2024
IV. Cancellation
. Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the Event in 20 days or more prior to the
Event date, Belle’s Radiant Revelries will refund 60% of the total payment. If the Client
cancels the Event less than 10 days prior to the Event date, no refund will be provided.
. Belle’s Radiant Revelries Cancellation: BRR reserves the right to cancel the Event
due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters and health emergencies. In
such cases, BRR will provide refund to the Client.

V. Responsibilities
. Belle’s Radiant Revelries: BRR is responsible for providing all services as outlined in this Agreement,
ensuring the Event is executed according to the agreed-upon plan, and maintaining a professional and
courteous demeanor throughout.
. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing Belle’s Radiant Revelries with all
necessary information, including but not limited to; guests list, dietary restrictions, desired theme, etc. and
for ensuring the Event location is suitable for the services provided.
VI. Changes
Any changes to the Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
VII. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond
its reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or government regulations.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
IX. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
X. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
XI. Notices
All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given
when delivered personally, sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, or sent by overnight courier service,
addressed as follows:

XII. Waiver
No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and adapt to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective
successors and permitted assigns.
