•More frequent respiratory infections
•Malnutrition; Vitamin A deficiency
•More allergy and milk intolerance
•Increased risk of some chronic diseases
•Obesity
•Lower scores on intelligence tests
•Mother may become pregnant sooner
•Increased risk of anaemia, ovarian cancer, and
breast cancer in mother
