3. WHAT IS BIGPRO? What is BIGPRO ? – The Bicol Grace Professionals is the duly recognized professional community of the Bicol Grace Churches Organization (BIGCOR).  The primary objective of this organization is to provide assistance and support to churches within Bicol Grace Churches Organization, helping them grow spiritually, thrive as communities, and fulfill their missions in the service of God.

4.  BIGPRO VISION The Bicol Grace Professionals’ prime purpose is to build a strong and spiritually vibrant community of professionals dedicated to empowering churches, transforming lives, and providing excellent service as a faithful steward of Christ.

BIGPRO MISSION   Committed to empowering and fostering unity among Bicol Grace Professionals in their collective journey of faith and professional growth, we pledge to uphold the following principles: Stewardship:  We inspire professionals to channel their resources, talents, and skills towards the noble purpose of advancing God's ministry. FINANCIAL TRACK RECORD PENDING TASKS Create a Bank Account for BIGPRO Fund Raising Strategies  Designation of Funds            BIGPRO must separate general and designated funds to track contributions and donations properly. To keep separate accounting of inflows and outflows of each designated fund. So that we can prove to anyone who asked how those funds were being used.

10. Managing Organization’s Finances   According to SBS Accounting & Advisors Tip number one: Save money. It’s important that you have a safety net built into your church's finances. This can only happen if you purposely set aside money for the future. The easiest way to save money is to build it into your budget. Tip number two: Learn the fundamentals of budgeting. A budget is a wonderful tool that can be used to make sure that you aren’t overspending in some areas and underspending in others.  Tip number three: Keep track of donations/expenses When it comes to taxes, you must have a record of what you are bringing in and what you are spending.  Managing the organization’s finances is a weighty responsibility, and we encourage you to be transparent. Tip number four: Offer transparency with the group The Bible teaches us in Proverbs 11 that “Where no council is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.”

11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT LETTERS BIGPRO must provide acknowledgment letters to donors to express sincere gratitude for their generosity and support. As it provides donors with official confirmation that their donations have been received. It also builds trust between the donor and the organization as it demonstrates transparency and professionalism.

12. BIGPRO GUIDELINES “SA BIGPRO, SIGURADO MAY RESIBO” is a full disclosure policy of Bicol Grace Professionals Org. to promote greater transparency in terms of financial transactions and contracts. Whereas, all sorts of donations, whether financial or materials or other shall be in full record for all BIGPRO members to see. Whereas the general fund and designated funds shall be used only for their specific purposes. This policy prevents any corruption within the organization by ensuring that all financial transactions and donations are fully documented and transparent, thereby promoting accountability and discouraging any misuse of funds.
