Biorefinery concept Analogous to a petroleum refinery, the biorefinery is a refinery where different carbonaceous feedstocks are converted into different added value products, by runing specific chemical and biotechnological conversions pipelines
Core p latform : Low Temperature Conversion Gasification 1t/h 4mm shredded feedstocks 2500m 3 /h Syngas H 2 + CO 2:1 Gasification T he LTC plants utilize progressive thermo-catalytic material gasification. The material is gasified by infra-red induction heat bellow 450°C and integrated gas purification, all within a hermetically closed system. The result is a clean process with very high yield. The plants fluidized bed reactors allow for continuous flow while inductive heat transfer decomposes organic structures into their constituent elements in a multi-stage process.
Gasification vs. Pyrolysis Syngas (H 2 + CO) Temperature: 350 - 3500 °C Ashes: <1% Process efficiency: 55% Thermal Energy H2 CO FT-Chemistry H 2 Cell has greater conversion efficiency Char Oil Gas Temperature: 350 – 1200 °C Ashes: 15% bound to char Process efficiency: Char 27.6% Process Efficiency: Oil 32.5% Process Eficiency : Gas 15.5% Thermal Energy Fuel oil Char CHP, lower conversion efficiency

Acceptable Feedstock: end-of-life plastics, pure or mixtured , colorized, not clean. AGENDA HDPE: High density polyethylene LDPE: Low density polyethylene LLDPE: Linear low density polyethylene PP: Polypropylene BOPP Bi- oriented polypropylene PS: Polystyrene PET: Polyethylene terephthalate To avoid : halogenated plastics like PVC, PFTE, brominated anti flame . Tolerance 2%
VALUE PROPOSITION Qualified disposal and handling of residues ( incl . toxic ) Waste valorization Ultra pure hydrogen Decentralized p roduction of constant , not price volatile , electric & thermal energy for internal use or feed to the grid High efficiency Positive environmental impact - no emissions ANALYSIS CLIENT PROPOSAL
