2. Black Throared Munia The black-throated munia or Jerdon's mannikin is a small passerine bird. This estrildid finch is a resident breeding bird in the hills of southwest India, the Eastern Ghats and Sri Lanka.

3. Scaly Breasted Munia The scaly-breasted munia or spotted munia , known in the pet trade as nutmeg mannikin or spice finch, is a sparrow-sized estrildid finch native to tropical Asia.

4. Tricoloured Munia The tricoloured munia is an estrildid finch, native to Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and southern China. The species was also introduced to Trinidad, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela.

5. Chestnut Munia The chestnut munia , formerly considered as a subspecies of the tricolored munia , is also known as black-headed munia.It is a small passerine bird. 

6. White Rumped Munia The white- rumped munia or white- rumped mannikin , sometimes called striated finch in aviculture, is a small passerine bird from the family of waxbill "finches". These are close relatives of the true finches and true sparrows
