Conditions of Section 52:
(ক) মামলা Pending অব�ায় রয়য়য়ে।
(খ) মামলাটি হয়ব �াবর সম্পত্তি ত্তিয়য়।
(গ) সসয়েয়ে পেরা উক্ত �াবর সম্পত্তি মামালটি Pending অব�ায়
হ�ান্তর করয়ে পারয়বি িা।
এই িীত্তেয়ক বলা হয় Doctrine of Lis Pendens.
Exception to (গ): If the court gives permission.
