1. Case 5 BLUE GRASS APPLIANCE

2. A 12 year old girl came to O ut patient department of Pedodontics and Preventive D entistry , with the chief complaint of tongue thrusting habit.

3. No contributory medical history was found . Dental history – it was her first dental visit

4. I ntraoral examination : Patient in permanent dentition stage.

5. Bilateral angle’s class I molar relation And some occlusal prematurity were present.

6. Treatment plan: Modified Blue grass appliance fixed with 16 & 26
