BMP is vertically integrated into the
manufacture of high specification Spin
Cast Polyurethanesheet and Moulded
Polyurethanecomponents.
BMP can formulate and manufacture
polyurethanes that meet clients critical
to function requirements and where
necessary, provide bespoke parameters
that include hardness, abrasion
resistance, elongation, resilience, flame
retardency, UV light stability and
colour.

materials into finished components and

knowledge gained through processing
engineered textiles, turnings, pressings
polyurethanes, plastics, foams, rubber

& Remanufacturing
Many of the component parts that BMP
manufactures are integrated into
modules or sub-systems. BMP
manufactures sub assemblies and
systems with as little as five up to five
hundred individual line items. BMP's

integration offering is available from its
facilities in Europe, North America,
China and Mexico.
