Bethel Professional Services is one of Qatar’s leading Immigration service providers. We
are an innovative company providing over 300 Government related services. We have
multiple PRO’s covering all departments daily attending to all requirements for company
licensing, employee residency and everything. Using our unique tailored online portal
you can log in and track progress in real time, at anytime, anywhere in the world. With
staff experience levels exceeding ten years and the relationships built in this time we
will ensure that you, as our client, will have your immigration needs met in an efficient,
timely and cost effective manner.
Bethel Professional Services provides government related services that include a wide
range of ministries. Our aim is to provide our customer the best service possible starting
with accurate timing, fast updates and correct information and to do so we gathered a
highly experienced team.
We built our own ERP/CRM/E-commerce partnering with NetSuite, this CRM will
enable our customer not only to manage their employee’s data but also to get the
updates directly from our costumer service team, as from our team on the ground.
The company was established due to the lack of professionalism in the PRO domain
where a lot of companies from dealing with their PROs, from the language barrier
to the lack of transparency and other problems.
The company was established on May 2013 and is managed by Mr. Mohammad
Fansa who worked in this field for 8 years and is aided by a team with experience
up to 12 years.

13. Company licensing application
and renewal
It is well known that a company cannot legally function
in Qatar without the correct licenses in place. Bethel
Professional Services will assist you in obtaining these
licenses (if you already have a local sponsor) and also
will renew them with ease when they are close to expiry
(All dates monitored by online portal). We understand
the importance of keeping these licenses valid in order to
ensure the continuity of your business and its processes.
Traffic Department
Bethel Professional Services will assist in the issuing, and renewing, of vehicle licenses from the traffic department. We also assist on obtaining temporary and permanent driving licenses.
Business Visa
Here at Bethel Professional Services we can issue visas for people looking to come for short term business (up to three months) but need a legal visa to work in this time (Also required for access to Raslafan etc.). We will issue the visa from our company which takes only 2-3 days to process.
