Epistemology The study of knowledge. It examines the nature, sources, and limits of knowledge, asking: How do we know what we know? What is truth?

Ethics – The study of morality and human behavior. It deals with questions of right and wrong, virtue, and justice, asking: What is the good life? What are moral obligations?

Aesthetics – The study of beauty, art, and taste. It explores questions like: What is beauty? What makes art valuable?     6. Political Philosophy – The study of government, justice, rights, and the state. It asks: What is the best form of government? What are individual rights?
