Worldwide, breast cancer remains to be an adamant burden within the health care systems among women within and post their reproductive ages. The rapid increase in the number of women suffering from this condition is attributed to the reduced breastfeeding practices among young women and null parity. ( Anastasia and Lusher, 2019). To educate women on the preventive measures including: Healthy food intake frequent exercise and maintenance of healthy body weight. Encourage breast feeding. To educate healthcare workers about screening and diagnosis of breast cancer. Educate the community on better preventive and intervention measures Provide e ducational campaign targeted for religious and cultural promoters and lay workers Mammography screening, Self-examination, Early breast cancer detection, and Early breast cancer diagnosis. Community-based group education, Culturally appropriate educational materials. Interventions that allow for early detection and initiation of treatment for women. Education to women and assuring that with little efforts of compliance to the guidelines provided, it is able to eliminate the disease. JSNA l ooks at the current and future health and care needs of local populations to inform , It will guide the planning and commissioning of health, well-being and social care services within a local authority area. chemotherapy radiotherapy Surgery, partial or total breast mastectomy Short term : Affects physical health, reduces immune system competency. Long term : risks for further complications like metastasis to the brain or bone. Reduces the quality of health. Community based approach Personalized approach to treatment and management.
