Vision Statement

As a global citizen, I identify first and foremost as a member of the human race,
transcending the boundaries of state, tribe, or nation. How can we, as global leaders and
citizens, ignore the silent cries of those in need? My mission is to empower refugees,
champion human rights, uphold the fundamental rights of children and women, advocate
for accessible education, lead climate activism, and drive initiatives in renewable energy.
Everyday I renew my commitment to contribute to solutions for the world’s most
pressing challenges, as outlined by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals,
including eradicating poverty, combating climate change, promoting equality, and
ensuring sustainable development for all. Will you join me in this endeavor?
The Motivation Behind Brian Muhumuza Bishanga
“Losing my father in a motor accident when I was just eight months old left me to be
raised in humble circumstances. Growing up in an environment rife with gender-based
violence and social neglect, I witnessed the struggles of children and women first hand.
These experiences fueled my determination to fight for the marginalised. This empathy
led me to found Kyarimpa Cares NGO. I have since made it an obligation to mobilise and
encourage my team and clients to dedicate time and resources to CSR initiatives. I strive
to ensure that the voices of the vulnerable are heard and supported.” Profile
Brian Muhumuza Bishanga is a Ugandan publicist and humanitarian with a profound passion for
children's rights, storytelling, and social impact. His inductions include the 40 Under 40 Africa
class of 2023 Nomination which acknowledged his impact on shaping the role of personal
assistants and publicists on the continent's pop culture.
Behind the scenes, where he prefers to stay in the background yet remain active, Muhumuza
Brian, also known as Bryan Morel, is a figure often referenced by executives, musicians, radio
presenters, podcasters, content creators and a constellation of ‘stars’.

Muhumuza's career trajectory began as a fan cum voluntary promoter and then personal assistant
to musicians and digital influencers in Uganda. As he gained experience, he transitioned into a
talent agent and publicist, ultimately founding Bryan Morel Publications in 2021. The company
later rebranded to BM Publications, with a focus on bridging the gap between independent
2

creators and promoters. By leveraging electronic press kits (EPKs) as a booking tool, Muhumuza
enabled music artists to secure gigs and expand their reach.

Under the umbrella of BM Publications, Brian has written and disseminated profiles and press
releases across multiple domains, including lifestyle, corporate society, entertainment, and
philanthropy. His clients have garnered features in prominent media outlets globally, such as
BBC, CNN, Voice of America, Alamy, Nigeria GlamSquad Magazine, Teen Vogue, New York
Daily, Getty Images, Euronews, New Vision, Daily Monitor, and Nine.

Today, BMP is a professional services and engagement team of storytellers that spins narratives,
builds and fixes brands through copywriting, Wikipedia editorials, website design, social media
marketing, executive assistance, media liaisons, and graphic design.

likes of Atong Amos, Judith Heard, Jerry Fisayo-Bambi Desire Luzinda, Myco Chris, Angella

Gashumba. He manages personal branding and reputations based on a proven understanding of what stories
have impact, and the direction to take when a negative headline breaks.

Muhumuza is a seasoned philanthropist who through Kyarimpa Cares collaborates with
like-minded individuals and organisations to raise awareness and drive activism for societal
causes including afforestation, children’s welfare, refugee support, women's empowerment, and
other corporate social responsibility initiatives. Brian leverages his hallmarks and interest in international relations and social media dynamics to

go out and help others. I am a tough person who has survived adversity countless times.’’
