(TSA) works with the respective Schools to manage your
Diploma or Specialist Diploma programmes. Please get to know
your Programme Manager (from TSA) and Programme
Coordinator (from School).

Answer queries on attendance taking, lesson plan,
course notes, tutorial questions and solutions,
assignments and projects, etc.

Your lecturers will be using online platforms such as MS Teams for all synchronous
lessons. To prepare and familiarise yourself with MS Teams, click here to view the guide.
Check your registered email and announcement under ‘My Profile’ in STEP for updates
from TP. Adult learners (CET) will not receive a TP student email account.

10. Attendance
LOA requests are subject to approval.
For modules with <50% attendance, you will be awarded a maximum grade of
“NGP” (non-graded pass), with an associated grade point of 1.0.
Students must maintain at least 50% attendance for each module's total session
hours.
Students are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in all lessons to ensure a
fruitful learning experience.

11. Attendance
Register for a Singpass Account and install Singpass app before your class.
For synchronous lessons, please prepare two devices, one device to view the QR
code that the lecturer shares and another device (with camera function) to scan the
QR code via your Singpass app.
Attendance will strictly be taken using Singpass.

18. Progression Notification will be published in STEP Student Portal in February
2025.
Ensure the course fee payment is made by the stipulated deadline, or it will be
assumed that you are taking a semester break for the April 2025 semester.
Timetable for the April 2025 semester will be made available 4 weeks before
the semester starts on 21 April 2025.
Results for the October 2024 semester will be released on 04 April 2025.
