Tapi yg disayangkan adalah Sedotan Plastik yg
terlihat dari bahan bukan Food Grade, apalagi Sendok
Plastik yg terlihat dari plastik recycle yg jelas2 bukan
Food Grade.
Siswa yg terlibat pada proses Pengolahan Pangan harus
memahami (baca : diajarkan) materi Keamanan Pangan
(Food Safety), otherwise mereka tdk memiliki Standar
Kompetensi yg memadai ketika "masuk" ke
industri.
