•Example:apartments,flats,bungalows,
dormitories,privatehouses,hotels,hostels,
cottages,holidaycampus,clubs,motels,etc.,
GroupB–EducationalBuildings:
•Buildingsmeantforeducation
•Nurserytotheuniversity
•Example:schools,colleges,universities,
traininginstitutes,etc.

GroupC–InstitutionalBuildings:
•Anybuildingusedforthepurposessuchas
medical,health,recoveringhealthafter
illness,physicalormentaldisease,careof
infantsoragedpersons,paneldetention,
etc.
•Normallyprovidesleepingaccommodation
fortheoccupants.
GroupD–AssemblyBuildings:
•Buildingwheregroupsofpeopleassemble
orgatherforamusement,recreation,social,
