01 The culprit of bullying targets their victims based on various factors, including appearance, language, religious beliefs, disabilities, race, social or economic status, gender, family situation, and personality traits. 3 Definition Any form of verbal, psychological, or physical violence that is repeated by someone or a group, who is in a position of domination against one or more other individuals in a position of weakness and intends to harm its victims that are unable to defend themselves especially when the bully may have one or more followers who are willing to assist the primary bully or who reinforce the bully by providing positive feedback such as laughing.

9 Cyber bullying which is the most modern form of bullying its done with the use of digital technologies and can take place on social media, messaging platforms, gaming platforms and mobile phones. This kind of bullying t is aimed at scaring, angering or shaming people By spreading lies about, posting embarrassing photos or videos of someone on social media or even sending hurtful or threatening messages . Although Cyberbullying is often hidden, it actually leaves a digital footprint which is a record that can provide evidence to help stop the abuse.
03 10 How to know you are being bullied ? sometimes it’s hard to tell if someone is just having fun or trying to hurt you, especially online. Sometimes they’ll laugh it off with a “just kidding,” or “don’t take it so seriously.” But if you feel hurt or think others are laughing at you instead of with you, then the joke has gone too far and it needs to come to an end. If it continues even after you’ve asked the person to stop and you are still feeling upset about it, then this could be bullying.
04 11 Causes of bullying In fact There are different reasons: like wanting to dominate others and improve their social status or sometimes feeling frustrated or jealous . This moreover can happen because the culprits of bulling are having low self-esteem , a lack of remorse or they can be struggling socially . So they practice this kind of hostile behaviors because they want to feel better about themselves. An important thing to mention is that many bullies used to be victims of bullying themselves. The question asked in this context is Why do people even bully?
05 12 Effects of bullying The effects of school bullying can extend into the workplace, where bullying behaviors may continue, creating toxic work environments and affecting overall productivity. This perpetuates negative thoughts and self-talk, severely affecting mental health and well-being,. Bullying secretly damages a person’s self-esteem and self-worth. In facts ,Victims may even develop PTSD. the feelings of hopelessness and isolation can drive victims to consider or attempt suicide and taking their own lives. Bullying can have profound and long-lasting impacts on individuals in numerous ways. It can lead to depression and anxiety. Such phenomenon affects in a specific way Young people , so they may turn to substances like alcohol and drugs or engage in violent behavior to cope with their psychological and physical pain , some of them may skip school or drop out entirely. And As for Adults who were bullied as children, they might face difficulties in their personal and professional relationships.
13 06 How to deal with bullying ? And if you are not comfortable sharing this matter to someone you know, search for a helpline in your country to talk to a professional counsellor. But If your country does not have a helpline, please urgently speak to an adult you trust or seek professional support from trained and experienced careers. Moreover , the paramount step is to learn how to set boundaries or take a self-defense class . so if you are being bullied you need to get help as soon as possible . Talking to a friend, family member or school counsellor you trust can be a first step to getting help. sometimes at the first beginning the victims may feel scared to speak up about it but it takes courage to do it .
08 How to prevent cyberbullying ? Furthermore, adjusting account privacy settings allows control over who can access profiles or interact with posts. Moreover, individuals can selectively restrict comments from specific users. In addition , it's essential to take proactive steps, such as being cautious about what to share online, and refraining from disclosing personal information. consider blocking the bully and formally reporting their behavior on the platform itself. Social media companies are obligated to keep their users safe .
15 How can I help my friends report a case of cyberbullying ? 07 it is important to listen to them , Be kind to them , try to know How are they feeling , Let them know that they are in a safe place and Slowly Help them think through that it’s important to talk to someone who might be able to help and if it takes , Offer to go with them if they decide to report. However , If your friend still does not want to report the incident, then support them in finding a trusted adult who can help them deal with the situation.
16 09 How to treat bullying trauma ? Overcoming the trauma from past bullying can be a challenging journey, but it is possible with the right support and strategies.
