INTRODUCTION According to Scott and others, “Interview is the purposeful exchange of ideas, the answering of questions and communication between two or more persons. Bingham defined as the conversation with a purpose. Derived from the Latin word “entre voir ” which means to see each other. It has min. two person ,i.e., interviewer and interviewee. Interview consist of two words “inter” and “view” which means between view or see each other. It can be individual, in group etc. 3
