ones who will be buying at Market Day.

Most were interested in DIY cupcake kits. Some liked snow cones,
and a few were not interested in buying.
d. How much were they willing to spend on products and/or
services?
They were willing to spend under R20 per product.
e. What makes them want to buy at a certain store?
Fun, affordable products and unique experiences (like decorating
their own cupcake and winning a Diamond painting).
Business Goal (SMART Goals)
S – Specific: Sell DIY cupcake kits, boba, and snow cones to learners
on Market Day.
M – Measurable: Sell at least 30 items and make a profit of R200.
A – Achievable: We have affordable products, a good location, and
enough stock.
R – Realistic: Learners like these products and are willing to spend
under R20.
T – Time-bound: All products will be sold within the Market Day (29
August 2025).
