2 Introduction OUR TEAM: Gladys Israel -Team lead Chimenma Ugoh - Project Manager Clement Ezeiyi- Project Scribe Teresia Ngige - Project lead Gillian Kandle - Asst Project Scribe We took the role of outreach consultant, exploring and identifying potential clients for Grant Thornton to help expand their reach in China. We collaborated together to create a database shortlist of potential new partners to which Grant Thornton can provide their Forensic Advisory Services in China. we learn how to conduct a use case analysis, use the internet and other resources for secondary research, apply analytical thinking, and work effectively in teams.

3 Overview In week 1 of this project we worked through understand how to conduct Secondary Research. Also use the resources list provided to create a list of potential databases that can be used for shortlisting companies. Secondly in week 2, we worked on Analysis and review of the forensic advisory services provided to Grant Thornton China. Learn and understand how to use the user case Analysis, Understand and apply retention strategy while identifying the potential clients for Grant Thornton. Finally on the 3rd week we were able to Explore key relevance metrics for Grant Thornton. Perform Stakeholders Analysis using the Power/Interest Grid. Create a shortlist of potential clients that can work with Grant Thornton.
