•Express Entry and Arrima Invitations to Apply: Sharp decline from 26,395 in July (1,560 Arrima) to 13,289 in August (2,905 Arrima). August year-over-year change (change from 2022): 33.1% (88.3%)
•TR to PRs transition (i.e., those already in Canada): Increase from 19,170 in June (43% of all PRs) to 22,100 in July (46.3% of all PRs). July year-over-year change (change from 2022): 10.6% (32.5%)
