Clinical Features: Rounded mass Firm but movable
Clinical Features: Slow-growing Asymptomatic
Clinical Features: COLOR: normal; bluish
HISTOPATHOLOGY Bilayered strands of basaloids cells that branch and anastomoses within a delicate stroma Highly vascular Contains: FEW fibroblasts; LITTLE collagen
HISTOPATHOLOGY Individual cells= columnar with moderate to abundant amounts of eosinophilic cytoplasm
HISTOPATHOLOGY May not be totally encapsulated 20% cases= multifocal
Treatment Surgical excision (inclusion of a cuff of clinically normal tissue)
Prognosis Good. 20% multifocal, recurrence may occur
