Problem Statement Rural women entrepreneur lack of knowledge in ICT Lack of E-Network and online business activities in rural areas

Project Scope Statement Objectives: - To improve women basic knowledge in ICT - To establish rural women entreprenuer network in SME through Online Cost Estimate: $243,154 Duration: 15 months (Jan-2021 to Mar-2022)

Schedule Plan Expected Outcome 1: The ICT manual will be established and disseminated 1.1 Feasibility study (survey) (1 month: Jan-Feb) 1.2 Data Collection (1 month: Feb-Mar) 1.3 Produce ICT manual (2 month: Mar-May) 1.4 Consultation workshop with technical departments for more input on ICT manual related to SME (1 day: May) 1.5 Workshop on dissemination the ICT manual to the stakeholders (1 day: Jun)

Schedule Plan ( Con’t ) Expected Outcome 2: targeted women will be enhanced their capacity in digital age 2.1 Training Workshop on Capacity Development on using smart phone technology for women entrepreneur and build up their network in Mondulkiri and Ratanakiri Province (2 weeks: July) -Sharing the best practices from successful women entrepreneur (invited from PP) - IT Expertise from the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation on how to smart phone technology - Build up E-network for women entrepreneur among two provinces - Provide technical through network group (6 months) 2.2 Review and Evaluation (July-2021-Jan-2022) 2.3 Workshop on successful women’s entrepreneurs (1 days: March 2022) - Reward (top 3 successful women’s entrepreneurs with reward prize 1000$ for each) - Appreciation letters to all participants which recognized by co-sponsors - Publish successful women’s entrepreneur on booklet and on Ministry official FB and co-sponsors website

Risk Management plan The Internet might be slow or disconnect during providing technical supports during workshop. participants may not participate or not interested the topic. Learning and capacity development session will not translate into participant’s needs and interests. Planning responses to risks Phone contacts of focal point or technicians are provided to solve the problem during process of using ICT in SME.

Communication plan Disseminate the manual to the stakeholders Prepare Progress report to the project director and sponsors monthly, quarterly, and final report Advertise on FB page, websites, magazine and journal of Ministry of Women’s Affairs.
