In today's world demand for car is increasing day by day. Not only high-income
people, but also middle-income people need car to travel for long distance.
Accessories are very important in car which provide comfort and security to
customers. So, our project is all about accessories.
We have tied up with dealers of Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, that we will provide
access to our customers, and our focus is to provide access to cheaper price.
We have first mover advantage as this concept is new for Raigarh. And our
target is customers are upper middle class in low middle-class people.
This plan will be executed by our 5 team members. At initial stage, our focus will
be to get more customers instead of making use project. We will only try to
cover FC and VC. Our FC is to provide rank to dealers and VC is lots of parts.
Our major source of revenue will come from parts sold by us.

THE PRODUCT
As automobile industry is growing day by day specially for car sector so we
found a good scope in car accessories because owners want their car to look
different from any other car and want more features so as to get convince so by
this analysis we want to open a car accessories store.
The business
Our car accessories store in to provide service to a wide range of clients and of
course to make profit, which is why we will ensure that we go all the way to
make available a wide range of car accessories from top manufacturing brands
in the India other countries of the world.
We will ensure that we do all that is permitted by the law India to achieve our
aim and ambition of starting the business. Our product offerings are listed

SWOT ANALYSIS
Strength:
Our location (our business will operate inside the car showroom), varieties of
payment options (cash, all visa debit and credit cards, paytm, bhim UPI and
other online wallet), wide range of car accessories from different manufacturing
brands and for different vehicles and our excellent customer service culture will
count as a strong strength. Our team of highly qualified staff is also a plus for
us.
Weakness:
A major weakness that may count against us is the fact that we are a new car
accessory and we don’t have the financial capacity to compete with multi –
billion-rupee car accessories and auto spare parts retail store outlets like
Advanced Auto Parts, AutoZone Inc., Genuine Parts Company
Opportunities:
The fact that we are going to be operating our car accessories retail store inside
car showroom it provides us with unlimited opportunities to sell our car
accessories to many individuals.
We have been able to conduct thorough feasibility studies and market survey
and we know what our potential clients will be looking for when they visit our car
accessories and we are well positioned to take on the opportunities that will
come our way.
Threats:
Just like any other business, one of the major threats that we are likely to face is
economic downturn. It is a fact that economic downturn affects
*purchasing/spending power. Another threat that may likely confront us is the
arrival of a new car accessories. Unfavourable government policies may also
pose a threat to businesses such as ours.

price afterwards we will increase the of product price as per the customer

Firstly we will try to acquire the area of Raigarh then we will expand the
area of service in the nearby are. Bilaspur and Raipur
4. Promotion: Promotion (communication) is the communication of
product value to the customer.Promotion are be done through pamphlets
and billboards and Also through word of mouth publicity.
5. People : Companies rely on the people who run the business. So,
having the right people is important part of the business in order to offer
products/services. We will employe a good education people who can
sale our product to the customer with correct knowledge about it .
6. Processes: Considering the delivery process of products or service is
important because customers pay for it. Firstly we try delivery the product
to customer within showroom of automobile then afterwards we will made
it available in our shop itself.
7. Physical Evidence: Almost all services include some physical
elements even though the service is intangible. That may be a printed
document.
8. Productivity 0nd Qu0lity: It asks “is what you’re offering your
customer a good deal?” So, best quality with low cost should be the motto
of business.

For any communication strategy to be successful, one need to choose right
target audience. As such start we have zeroed on the target segment.
Firstly we will contact to the dealer for dealerships of the company of car
accessories as Raigarh are not having much car accessories distribution
company
Secondary we will try to setup the company by acquiring the specific
marketplace Next, We will try to provide product to customer at reasonable
price as compare to other competitors We will try to acquire product from the
dealer at reasonable price and materials
In order to implement of plan We will be putting on billboard for the 1st round of
attract the customers Also special group will help us in distributing pamphlets to
people and latter we will let the word of mouth publicity will do the trick .
