INTRODUCTION The car wash industry is rapidly evolving, with a growing demand for convenient, efficient, and customer-centric services. To meet this demand, the Car Wash App has been developed, offering users a seamless way to book car wash services from the convenience of their mobile devices. Built using Android Studio, this app integrates modern features to enhance user experience, simplify booking processes, and improve service delivery .

LITERATURE SURVEY

PROBLEM STATEMENT : TRADITIONAL CARWASH SERVICES TYPICALLY REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TOWAIT IN LINE OR SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS VIA PHONE,WHICH CAN BE INCONVENIENT AND TIME-CONSUMING. ADDITIONALLY, CUSTOMERS LACK TRANSPARENCY ON SERVICE STATUS, AVAILABILITY, AND PRICING, MAKING THE PROCESS INEFFICIENT AND FRUSTRATING. THE PROBLEM IS THE LACK OF A CONVENIENT, ON-DEMAND SOLUTION THAT ALLOWS USERS TO BOOK, TRACK, AND PAY FOR CARWASH SERVICES SEAMLESSLY FROM THEIR MOBILE DEVICES.

OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE : To provide a user-friendly platform for booking carwash services on demand. To enable real-time tracking of service status for enhanced customer transparency. To offer a variety of customizable carwash packages to meet diverse customer needs. To streamline the payment process with secure and multiple payment options. To increase customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and ease of access. To reduce wait times and optimize scheduling for carwash providers and users.

EXISTING SYSTEM : customers call to book appointments, which can lead to miscommunication and scheduling errors. service quality may vary based on the staff and location, leading to customer dissatisfaction. limited options for service packages, often forcing customers to choose from pre-defined services. traditional systems have minimal marketing tools for promotions or customer engagement.
