4. No H/O No Bleeding Sites Similar complaints in past Past any febrile history Drugs (Antibiotics, Antiepileptics, Analgesics or Recreational drugs) Herbal products or Mushroom consumption Blood Transfusion Family History – Not Significant Immunization – Complete

5. Physical Examination General Examination- HR- 90/min BP-84/42 mmhg PP-Normal volume RR-28/min CRT<3 sec Spo2- 98% on room air Temp- 98.4F RBS- 52gm/dl Icterus- Present No rashes or prominent vessels GCS- E3V3M4

6. Systemic Examination CNS- E3V3M4 Tone- Increased in all limbs Reflexes- Normal Pupillary reaction- Small size/reacting to light (B/L) Abdomen- Soft Hepatomegaly- 8cm below right SCM, Soft
