History 4 year/ Male/ 16.5 kg Fever X 15 days Pain abdomen X 9 days Vomiting X 8 days Yellowish Discolouration of body X 8 days Change in behaviour X 3 days Change in sensorium X 2 days

- Admitted outside for 3 days - Sensorium gradually worsening - Worsening of lab parameters

No H/O No Bleeding Sites Similar complaints in past Past any febrile history Drugs (Antibiotics, Antiepileptics, Analgesics or Recreational drugs) Herbal products or Mushroom consumption Blood Transfusion Family History – Not Significant Immunization – Complete

Systemic Examination CNS- E3V3M4 Tone- Increased in all limbs Reflexes- Normal Pupillary reaction- Small size/reacting to light (B/L) Abdomen- Soft Hepatomegaly- 8cm below right SCM, Soft
