6. Pharmaceutical care plan Subjective evidence:- c/o fever with chills since 1week c/o cough since 1week

7. Objective evidence:- Complete blood count Sputum for TB Ingreted councelling and testing centre

8. FINAL DIAGNOSIS:- ALLERGIC BRONCHITIS

9. THERAPEUTIC GOALS:- 1.To reduce the signs and symptoms 2.Reduce complication of disease 3.Remove sputum

10. TREATMENT OPTION:- 1.Bronchodilator:-Albeturol , lavealbeturol are the short acting bronchodilators. Formebutarol is the long acting bronchodilator 2.Inhaled corticosteroid:- BudesonoID 3.Oral corticosteroid are used:- PrEdnIsolone,prEdnIsone 4.Mucolytes:-N-Acetyl cysteine

11. GOALS ACHIEVED:- Signs and symptoms are reduced Sputum is removed

12. MONITORING PARAMETERS:- 1.CBC 2.ICTC 3.Sputum for TB
