PC - LAP 9 months -copious PV discharge ,non itchy , no foul smell and not watery -USS done Oct 2023 was normal,normal endometrium and normal uterine size - hypomenorrhea –spotting ,post coital bleeds and dyspareunia - pt has been trying to conceive - -TB contact –sister had pulmonary TB -no fever , no night sweats ,no LOW

4. PAST GYNAE - menarch 12 yrs -7/28 irregular heavy periods with clots ,dysmenorrhea -later had 3 day periods - coitarche 22 ,2 sexual partners -no hx of STI -VIAC 2023 suspicious of Ca -No past OBG hx
