Case Study 1 Ranjit is running a Solar system in collaboration with Various leading brands. He has several orders in his hand; unfortunately, he does not have sufficient manpower in his office and at the site. Presently, he does not have any systems in his office or at the sites. With 3 manpower in his office and 2 on the installation side, there is no project manager. He has 10 projects in his hand in home segment and 5 orders in the Industrial segment. You are appointed as a Strategy Consultant to design the entire team of Ranjit and how you can design a business strategy for the implementation of best practices in HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Service domains .
THIS CASE STUDY PRESENTS A CLASSIC SCENARIO OF A GROWING BUSINESS FACING OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES DUE TO A LACK OF MANPOWER AND ESTABLISHED SYSTEMS.
As a strategy consultant, here’s how I would approach Ranjit’s situation :
HR DOMAIN: RECRUITMENT : HIRE SKILLED PROFESSIONALS FOR OFFICE AND INSTALLATION TEAMS. TRAINING: PROVIDE REGULAR TRAINING SESSIONS FOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS AND OFFICE STAFF.
