Cases of Pronouns

Nominative case when a pronoun is used as a subject , we sat that the pronoun is in nominative case.

Example: We learned that one of the dissolved substances in ocean water is salt. The guilty person is he who cannot look at another in the eye.

Objective case a pronoun is in objective case when it is used as an object of a verb or an object of preposition.

Example: Dorothy invited me. The accreditors gave us their comments. Jessie went with (them, they). Give the envelope to him.

Possessive case a pronoun that shows ownership is in the possessive case.

Example: This book is mine. Jhona is a friend of ours . Is that bat kite yours or his?
