Note E: The ECM sp eedometer an d tacho meter outpu t signal line
voltages are zero-cros sin g square waves. The sp eedometer signals at J1-
37 and J1-36 are com plements o f each other. The tacho meter sign als at
J1-38 and J1-39 are c omplem ents o f each other. Maximu m sign al
amplitude will be +/- 5 volts o r greater if load current is less than 4mA.

+battery on pin (A) and – battery on pin (B). This conn ec tor is gray and
