2. REFRACTORY MATERIALS TESTING
All of CCRT Laboratories’ refractory testing services are conducted on
equipment calibrated to ASTM and API standards and carried out by API 936
Certified Inspector which includes:
a. Refractory materials, WIP and Finish Products.
b. Third party Witness test
c. Material Qualification test
The test results provide indications of expected refractory life and helps in assessing refractory
materials suitability and future selection.

3. MOBILE TESTING LAB FACILITY


Third party Mobile test facility is unique concept introduced by CCRT
Laboratories. Wherein CCRT Lab provide Lab Layout, which can be fitted in
20 / 40 Ft Container. Depends on the test parameter to be taken care of and
volume of samples equipment are decided with appropriate sizes and
electrical, other requirements.

CCRT lab also play vital role in equipment supplier selection to
commissioning of the same. If required even lab equipment’s can be supplied
by CCRT lab.

Above all these Mobile Labs are run by CCRT Expert personnel on manpower
charge basis. Thus ensuring high standards of test and accuracy.

This mobile facility is running successfully at

4. INSPECTION SERVICES
(API 936 Inspector – American Petrochemical Institute)
CCRT Laboratories’ skilled and dedicated staff and API 936 refractory inspector (Dr.
Sanjay Koyande) provides its Customers with refractory quality control services that
ensure successful refractory performance.
CCRT Laboratories Inspection will see that the manufacturer's refractory meets your
specifications. We can assist you in the selection, design, and inspection of your refractory
systems. CCRT Laboratories will monitor your refractory installation process from qualifying
your craftsmen, contractors, equipment, procedures, consulting, and designing, to the
monitoring of dry-out procedures.
We provide the following inspection services for refractory:

5. FAILURE ANALYSIS SERVICES
Refractories are heat-resistant materials that constitute the linings for high-temperature
furnaces and reactors and other processing units. In addition to being resistant to thermal
stress and other physical phenomena induced by heat, refractories must also withstand
physical wear and corrosion by chemical agents. Any failure of refractory could result in a
great loss of production time.

The refractory material failure may cause by many different factors, such as chemical
reaction and corrosion, spalling, material selection, plant operations, material storage,
mixing, installation, curing, and drying.
