Cell Injury Cell constantly faces internal external stresses, in responce either adapt or gets injured. Causes of cell injury given in fig:
Reversible Cell Injury A deranged of function and morphology that cell can recover from, if damage stimulus is removed.
Necrosis: cellular membrane fall apart, cellular enzyme leak out and digest the cell with inflammatory reaction.
Apoptosis: pathway of cell death, in which cell activate enzyme that degrade cell’s own nuclear DNA and Nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins.
Difference between Necrosis And Apoptosis:
Cellular Adaptation: Reversible changes in number , size, phenotype, metabolic activity, or functions of cells in responce to changes in their environment.
