The new model operating components are wrapped in
feed sac rack with no mechanical moving parts exposed.
The mold adopts positioning device which makes
installation and dismantling easily after cleaning. The

c. Capsule Loading
In the new device capsules there is a
horizontal U-turn following
downward pressure from the sac head.
Capsules are vertically arranged in a
single row in a downward movement
which increases the rate of production.
In the old device capsules were pushed
horizontally and there was no U-turn. The
pressure bag head was down after the turn
around.
Capsules were arranged in 2 rows non
vertically by the sac head. Because of this
diagonal action the rate of production was
reduced.
