Chain-Sys proudly celebrates 10 years of providing excellent
services in Oracle EBS, developing and marketing state of the art
productivity tools for Oracle EBS and e-Chain ERP/SCM suite for
SME.
The customers of our productivity tools are some of the highly
demanding top power users of Oracle EBS and they are the
industry leaders in their spheres of operations and manufacturing.
e-Chain Power release is used by more than fifty SME customers
and the verticals served include Engineering, Textiles, Chemicals,
Glass, High Tech and Discrete Manufacturing.
Chain-Sys has successfully undertaken EBS turnkey
implementations including R12. We excel in Project Mgmt.
Techniques and ensure Project Control. Our consultants are the
movers behind several prestigious EBS implementations
worldwide. The numeric strength of our consultants is more than
three hundred. We provide post implementation and DBA support.

Our Chairman, Mr. Ganesan Rathinam, an alumnus of IIT Chennai, brings in years of diverse experience in
Databases, Modeling, Business Process Automation, Project Management, Quality Management. He was
working with Unisys in the USA, before Chain-Sys was started. He has a long history of successful project
deliveries and organization building and he is based at our Global Headquarters at the USA.

Our President, Mr. Sundara Rathinam is an engineer with strong domain and industry expertise. He has
substantial expertise in supply chain planning for diverse industries – ranging from process to batch
processing to discrete and has been working in Oracle Applications for over 15 years and has been part of
one of the prestigious Oracle Implementations at ALCOA. He has been the architect and driving force
behind our flagship SCM/ERP Product – e-Chain and our appLOAD family of productivity tools for Oracle
EBS.
The Indian Operations, Chain-Sys (I) Pvt. Ltd is managed by Mr. Rajkumar Ramachandran, Chief Executive
Officer. A pioneer in software industry with over 15 yrs of domain expertise, he heads the Indian Operation
and also oversees global delivery. He is ably assisted by Ms. Mekalai Rajkumar, Director. She drives the
company’s sales, marketing and services functions. Mekalai has extensive technology & management
background and has been a great contributor to the Organization.

e-Chain – An integrated suite of SCM/ERP for SMB
Chain-Sys identified that the huge market of SMB needs an affordable, simple
to maintain ERP solution and hence entered this market by developing its
flagship product e-Chain. e-Chain is a web-enabled, java based application that
can run on a browser providing integrated solutions covering most business
processes in an organization. e-Chain was introduced in the market in the year
2004 and has over 55 installations successfully running on e-Chain.
appLOAD
appLOAD is a new generation data conversion tool for Oracle E-Business Suite
R12/11i. This tool aims to reduce the cost of Oracle EBS data conversion
activities. appLOAD comes along with standard templates to take care of most
of the data loading that would be required for any Oracle EBS implementation.
appLOAD is an unique and innovative product with no other product available in
the space of EBS data loading and conversion.
Overwhelmed by the response for appLOAD, Chain-Sys introduced newer tools
in the suite of appLOAD for various purposes – appINTERFACE for interfacing
requirements within Oracle EBS and with external applications, appEXTRACT
for extracting data from Oracle EBS and appMIGRATE for migrating master
data from older versions to latest versions of Oracle EBS.
