the outsider model.
Theoutsidermodelisalsoknownasshareholdermodelbecause
inthismodel,ownershipofthecorporationisdividedamonga
numberofshareholdersofthecorporation.Thus,thefinancial
sectionofthecorporationisdividedamongdifferent
shareholdersofthecorporation.
Theoutsidermodelhasthefollowingfeatures:
1.Aprioritytomarketregulation.
2.Thereisatransitoryinterestinthefirmonpartofthe
owners.
3.Theabsenceofcloserelationshipsbetweenshareholdersand
