memorandum of marks (Vide Certificate Serial No 075237) issued to me after completion of
my AHS Examination 2005 bears two errors. The said wrong entries are specified below in
the table given below. With this letter, I have enclosed a photocopy of my Matric Certificate
in support of my claims.
