Church Organizational Structure for Growth

I realize most problems we have in church aren't related to Satan, it's just organizational issues but most Pastors focus on the devil and teaching wrong things. When we miss it we now give the devil a foothold and the more we cast him the more he works in our porous ailing system and there we get more frustrated and the more we go on doing and teaching wrong things. Unless we rectify and remove organizational sickness, we will continue creating more problems and issues and our cycle of frustration keeps on escalating. Organizational Structure is part of the tools a church can put in place to enhance Church growth.
