Ki & ka
When the attempt is new and is dealt well
with the engaging screenplay, rarely there
are failures in the recent days. That is
proved for another time with the success
of Ki & Ka. Kia who loves to be as an
independent girl and Kabir who loves the
way his mom used to be as a home maker
and do not mind to have the same life for
him, gets married to each other.
Kareena Kapoor as usual is dominant of
all the characters. In the scenes, where
she shares the screen with the other
artists, one would feel sorry for those
others who will fail in the screen tsunami
of Bebo.

The quarrels, naughty issues and the
way, people treat the lead couple’s weird
kind of lifestyle and all such emotions
are intelligently screened with no sort of
boring at any place. That made the movie,
do well at the box office, with the stable
collections.

After a really long time, Shah Rukh
Khan finally got a unanimous positive
talk for his last outing ‘Fan’. However,
the collections are not that notable as
the talk. The series of flops of the star,
really did impact the collections of the
current film. However, it still hinted the
makers, that, a right film with Shah
Rukh Khan can still work out.
SRK’s stupendous performance as
Gaurav and Aryan Khanna is being
hilariously applauded in the theaters.
His variation between both the
characters, is what making one stick
to the seats, till the end. There are
several scenes, that gave the edge
of the seat experience and director is
purely the first hero of the film for his
terrific directional skills.

Sardaar Gabbar Singh, released as
the most anticipated movie of the
year and was opened to negative
reviews all over, right after the benefit
shows conducted on the release day.
Though most of the scenes are found
entertaining, the non-sinking scenes
and lack of connectivity between scene
to scene, is what spoiled the flow of
Sardaar Gabbar Singh.
The weak screenplay can be felt right
from the start of the film and that made
it face the bad fortune. Adding to the
fate, the makers even announced Raja
Sardaar Gabbar Singh as the third part
of Gabbar Singh series. That is highly
criticized by the insiders and reportedly
stopped Pawan from holding the pen
again.

Not to the surprise of many, just like
Boyapati’s earlier films, the violence
dosage is high in Sarrainodu too.
That over dosage, over shadowed the
comedy scenes, ending up movie as an
average one.
First weekend helped the movie to get
good openings, but in the later days,
even this second mega film in Summer
after Sardaar could not make much
impact at the box office. Star actress
Rakul Preeth Singh did not had much to
do with acting and Catherine Teresa as
MLA got to do some challenging work.
Thaman’s background score is another
huge let down in Sarrainodu film, which
finally ended up with the negative
result.

Story :
Ki and Ka is the story of Kabir
(Arjun Kapoor) who is the son of
a businessman based in Delhi
but he aspires to become like his
mom who is a stupendous home
maker. Kia (Kareena Kapoor
Khan) is a complete contrary
to Kabir who is aggresive and
dreams huge in her career. She
aspires to live independent. They
meet unusually at a random place
and the chemistry click instantly.
They get married and Kabir takes
care of the house hold activities
while Kia follws to achieve her
corporate dream. At one point
of time disturbances arise and
watch Ki and Ka to know about the
complete story.

Analysis :
The first half of the movie is
completely engaging and loaded
with sensible entertainment
throughout. The director managed
to indulge lot of sense of humor in
the fresh plot. The performances by
Arjun and Kareena take the film to
the next level. The music has been
melodious and the songs have
been marked at the right places.
The interval episodes have been
decent and the complete first half
has been fresh in narration.
The second half of the movie
will leave the audience in deep
shock after such an interesting
first half. The dose of drama has
been beyond the limits and many
unwanted episodes have been
dragged much. The complete
efforts of the first half look vanished
after watching the second half
which makes the film fall flat. The
climax has been decent but it alone
could not save the film.
Final Word:
Ki and Ka has an engaging first

Story :
Aryan Khanna (Shah Rukh Khan)
is a Bollywood Superstar and he
has fans across the world. He
worked real hard to reach the
unbeatable place and Gaurav
Chandana (Shah Rukh Khan)
is one of his truest and die hard
fan. He aspires of meeting him on
his birthday but fails to meet his
dream idol. Hence he chooses the
other way to meet the Superstar
which disturbs Aryan Khanna.
He decides to teach him a lesson
which hurts Gaurav. With this
unexpected twirl, Gaurav turns
against the Superstar and he
decides to damage the image and
respect earned by the Superstar.
The rest of the film is about what
happens next. Watch Fan to know
about the complete film.
Analysis :
The first half of the film starts with
the introduction of Aryan Khanna
and Gaurav Chandana which
brings a good clarity on their
characters. Gaurav’s performance
in his colony as Aryan Khanna
is sure an impressive show after
which the film moves on to the
original plot. An unexpected
incident changes the pace of the
film and the complete first half has
been well executed.
The second half of Fan has its
emotional and destructive side. The
most interesting thing is that the
audience will be left amazed and
entertained at the same time. You
will be laughing with tears and the
complete auditorium has been left
with pin drop silence throughout the
second half. The action episodes
have been racy and top notch.

Story :
Sardaar Gabbar Singh is about
Rathanpur who happened to
be the common point of three
neighbouring states. However it
has been dominated by a batch
of mafia goons lead by Bhairav
Singh (Sharad Kelkar) who has
been into mining mafia. It is during
this time, Sardaar Gabbar Singh
(Pawan Kalyan) gets transferred
to Rathanpur and he slowly makes
his impact with his power packed
style keeping an end to the acts of
mafia. Sardaar Gabbar Singh falls
in love with Arshi (Kajal Agarwal)
who happens to be the princess
of Rathanpur kingdom. The rest of
the movie is how Sardaar Gabbar
Singh saves the common people
from the mafia goons and wins his
love with Arshi. Watch Sardaar
Gabbar Singh to know about the

Analysis :

interesting episodes throughout.
The entertainment has been
completely outdated. The songs
lost pace and they failed to impress

Sarainodu is the story of Gana
(Allu Arjun) who fights against
the system in the society. He
makes his presence wherever
he is needed and gets back from
Army to serve the society. He
falls in love with Hanshita Reddy
(Catherine Tresa) who is a local
MLA and upon impressing her,
she asks him to leave violence
after which an unknown incident
changes his life. The rest of the
film is about his relation with Janu
(Rakul Preet Singh) and his rivalry
with Dhanush (Aadi Pinisetty).

Analysis :
The first half of Sarainodu has right
mixture of emotions, entertainment
and action balanced well with
suspense elements throughout.
The songs have been decent and
placed well. Allu Arjun is the major
boost up of the movie throughout
and he has been extremely
outstanding in the action episodes.
The pre-interval episodes bring lot
of interest and the interval episode
has been shot well. On the whole
the complete first half has been
completely impressive.

carries the same pace initially
however the film lacks interest
when it heads forward. The dose
of action becomes high and the
film becomes predictable at parts.
The climax of the movie makes a
huge impact on the movie and the

Sarainodu is the right commercial
film to be watched this summer

back with ‘Fan’, a worth watching
film.
King Khan was last seen in a
double role in ‘Duplicate’ movie
in 1998. Again it is now, he
attempted this feat.
Right from the first show, Fan
acquired blockbuster talk
unanimously and there are
several reasons for this range of
success.
Main plot
Gaurav, a die hard fan of Aryan,
aspires to meet his favorite star
and the process he chooses to
meet, makes Aryan target his
fan. The consequences of the
duo’s battle, is rest of the story all

be a deal, as we regularly follow
all his movies. But, have you ever
had a dream of imitating yourself?
Tough right? But the King Khan
did that tough thing, with super

of his die hard fans shoes and
showed all the emotions through
Gaurav’s character.

How would you
rate the success
of Sarainodu?
I tried all the genres in my
career however I wanted to
see myself in a complete
mass role. Me and my dad
thought that Boyapati Sreenu
is the perfect choice to direct
such film. So went ahead
and things happened so.
Sarainodu is a complete
package and the audience
are thoroughly enjoying the
film all over. The figures
seem like the movie is the
biggest hit in my career till
date.
How was it
working with
Boyapati Sreenu?
Boyapati is one of the finest
directors I have ever worked
with. He has clarity on
everything and he is quite
passionate of cinema. I was
quite confident on him right
from the first day of shoot.
He extracted all the heat
and projected me in the best
needed way.
How do you feel
for the back to
back successes
you have been
attaining?
It is not only my hard work
that is the reason for the
successes I have tasted. A
film’s success is completely
because of a team work and
when a team works with
unity, the output will sure be
impressive.
Working
Experience
with Rakul and
Catherine?
As heard, Rakul has been
completely fabulous and she
is one beautiful girl with a
golden heart. We enjoyed
a lot during the shoot and
she has been completely
professional. I have worked
with Catherine in the past and
she has been outstanding in
Sarainodu.
Any difficulty
working with your
dad as a producer?
No, not at all. We share huge
bonding and we have been
discussing about a possible
script on Geetha Arts from
some time. It happened
this time and I was always
comfortable in Geetha Arts.
My dad had to bet huge
money this time as Sarainodu
is out after two blockbusters
of mine.
Upcoming
Projects?
I have couple of scripts lined
up. I signed my next movie in
the direction of Tamil director
Lingusamy which will be shot
simultaneously in Telugu and
Tamil languages.
