Forests These forests are of two kinds- Deciduous and Coniferous Deciduous Forests Have trees that shed their leaves in winter and regrow them in spring eg : maple, walnut oak Coniferous Forests have cone-shaped trees which grow close to each other at a uniform level. Eg : Fir pine cedar
Animals Grizzly bear,elk,bobcat,black bear and so on are found South Temperate zone Animals such as Ilama ,anteater etc During winters some animals such as monarch butterflies migrate to warmer regions
