About This Presentation

Robotic project using tilt sensor

Slide Content

Gesture controlled Horn

Block diagram of sensor

Tilt sensor Tilt sensors are devices that produce an electrical signal that varies with an angular movement. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZWmrRkvHJk https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Jct_qYud59c

Applications To monitor the angle at which a mobile phone or tablet is held for the auto-rotate function To detect the position of hand-held game systems and in game controllers   To indicate the roll of boats, vehicles and aircraft

Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Gesture controlled Horn/water pump

Class no: Project Name Sensor : Tilt sensor Actuator : Sound module/Motor Concept When the sensor gets power, and the rolling ball falls to the bottom of the sensor to form an electrical connection. When the sensor is tilted, the rolling ball doesn’t fall to the bottom so that the current cannot flow through the two end terminals of the sensor.

Fun Task Build a Smart Lock for your room by placing the sensor on the door handle. Now you can get an alert whenever someone tries to open the door handle!
