Each person has the capacity to grow and to develop himself/herself. This also includes the understanding of oneself on the changes a person may
experience either it is psychological, physiological, mental, social and spiritual.
Moreover, the Holistic Development is a process of self-actualization and learning that combines an individual’s mental, physical, social, emotional, and
spiritual growth.
By understanding oneself further, it may lead to becoming a responsible person that can evaluate his/her thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Student’s Experiential Learning:
Chunk 1:
Write an essay about stages of physical, cognitive, social and values and moral development guided by this question:
Why is there a need to acknowledge our physiological, cognitive, psychological, spiritual and social development?
Synthesis: How will you appreciate yourself now?
Learners will understand that:
a.Knowing oneself can make a person accept his/her strengths and limitations and deal with others better.
b.Sharing his/her unique characteristics, habits and experiences can make a person value himself/herself better.
c.Self-awareness is the foundation for change, for growth and for all of the personal development that adolescents strive to accomplish.

A.COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL RESTRUCTURING WORKSHEET
To understand the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors, the students will list down real-life scenario and effects each base from how one should
react.
B.ADULT INTERIEW
For students who are preparing for their adult, they will conduct an interview of the people they admire the most.
Instructions:
1.Identify at least three responsible people that they admire. It can be a family, relatives, neighbor, friends, or their teacher.
2.Interview each one of them about: a. their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors towards different situations; b. ways on becoming a responsible person
3.Base from the collected answers, draw out your insights and express it through drawing, poem, song, dancing and acting.
