VIRTUAL CLASS

How many R’s were mentioned in the song? What is first, second and third R’s?

1. What are the materials shown in the picture? 2.Where did these materials come from? 3.What are the things that we recycle?

4. What are the household items that can be recycled? 5.Why do we need to recycle?

Identify the following materials and put it into the correct bin . “ACT IT OUT”

“ACT IT OUT” SCENARIO: Pupils will be given time to roam/look around and pick things (waste materials) they will see. After picking the item they are going to identify into which trash bin they will throw/place it to.

Why do we need to put our waste into proper bin? How many trash bins do we have?

Throwing garbage all over the place will not only mess our surroundings and pollute the environment, making it very unhygienic, but also causes bad odors and encourages the infestation of cockroaches, flies and other insects.

Group Activity 1 : Charlote and Majev * Classifying recyclable materials ( wood, plastic, bottle, paper, tin) Chair Wine bottle Cars Cereal box marbles
