ABSTRACT Now a days, it is highly possible to adapt mobile computing in various applications. The portability, open source nature of smart phones and android development platform has made the development of application software for various environments as handy

INTRODUCTION The College Infrastructure Management System is a mobile computing software application, which focuses on an activity or function, which is based on management of infrastructure of institutions. In this application we select a faulty accessories and report it to the admin with particular complaint. It maintains a database of all the information that are recorded and received. It helps the college to maintain all the accessories safely. India has the fastest growing telecom network in the world with many users moving towards Smart Phones and majority by students.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: The main scope of this application for managing the complaints, track the complaints easily just using one android application. We can use this android application in various places such as companies, schools, colleges, hospitals, libraries, etc. and in many more places. For placing their complaints regarding some issue and send it to the respective person who will handle this and find solutions for this complaints.

EXISTING SYSTEM In many colleges, the existing infrastructure management system is often characterized by a reliance on outdated and inefficient methods. Typically, this involves a mix of paper-based records and fragmented software solutions that lack integration and real-time capabilities. Facility management often depends on manual tracking of maintenance requests, which are recorded in logbooks or simple spreadsheets. This approach is not only time-consuming but also prone to human error, leading to delays in addressing maintenance issues and an increased risk of overlooking critical tasks

PROPOSED SYSTEM : The proposed system for college infrastructure management envisions a comprehensive, technologically advanced solution to address the shortcomings of the current methods. This system leverages a centralized, cloud-based platform to unify all aspects of infrastructure management, ensuring real-time monitoring and efficient resource allocation.

CONCLUSION The shift from traditional infrastructure management methods to a modern, integrated system is crucial for colleges aiming to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. The proposed system, with its reliance on advanced technologies like IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics, promises significant improvements in real-time monitoring, proactive maintenance, and resource optimization Implementing this proposed system represents a forward-thinking approach that not only addresses the inefficiencies of existing methods but also prepares educational institutions for future challenges and opportunities in infrastructure management.
