3. INTRODUCTION Location : Koramangala , Bangalore . Area : 2 Acres With Lawns And Gardens. Year Of Construction : 1985. Construction style : vernacular architecture. Orientation : south –west. Facilities : aerobics, badminton court , gym, card’s room, play area, canteen, pool , children park , swimming pool, guestrooms, tennis court, library, party hall, women’s beauty parlour, AC restaurant.

5. FACILITES The best is getting better Now, we are keen to make this experience even more special by building additional world class facilities. Our proposed expansion includes the addition of: • 250 seat Auditorium • 6 Multi-purpose Halls • Mixed Bar in addition to existing Kingfisher Bar • Indian Specialty Restaurant in addition to existing two restaurants • Roof Top Swimming Pool • Roof Top Restaurant • 11 Guest Rooms in addition to existing 11 • Space to park 200 cars. Food & Beverage AC restaurant Dining in Style – Expanding Our Range of Fine Culinary Experiences We presently have a Multicuisine Restaurant, a Seafood Restaurant, Chat Counters and a Tuck shop. Members generally enjoy their food in air conditioned comfort or on lawns. Now, by adding one more Specialty Restaurant, we expect to raise the dining experience at The Club to yet another level. We envisage that the new Restaurant, like its older peers, will draw in Members, with their guests in large numbers . Kingfisher Bar Men's Bar This is the Club's much loved watering hole, where our Members unwind and catch up with friends over a glass or two of good cheer. We now propose to add to it a Mixed Bar to cater to families and the youth, providing one more elegant entertainment option for Members.

FACILITES Banquets and Conferences The New Mixed Use Halls – A Range of World-Class Options for Meetings and Celebrations The six new mixed use halls will exponentially expand our range of meeting venues and offer a convenient mix of sizes and configurations – from 25 person events right up to 250 delegate conferences. They will be open for hire by both Members and guests. Wellness Health Club – Helping our Members Stay Healthy and Look their Best Our Health Club has facilities such as Sauna, Steam Room and a Jacuzzi, as well as Ayurvedic Massage services. There is also a Beauty Saloon for ladies and a Hairdressing Saloon for men . Sports & Recreation Sports and Games – How our Members Keep Fit and Improve their Sporting Skills Sports and games are an intrinsic part of our culture and the facilities are patronized by our Members. We have a contemporary Gymnasium, flood lit synthetic Tennis Courts, four Badminton Courts, Billiards/Snooker tables of international standards and an Olympic size Swimming pool. We now plan to add a Squash Court and a Bowling Alley . Library Library is one of the main attractions of our club. We provide wide range of newspapers, periodicals, magazines and books for all age groups. We keep buying new books based on members' demands .

7. FACILITES Auditorium The New Auditorium – A State-of-the-Art Cultural Arena The Koramangala Club has always been known as a vibrant hub of cultural activities. The swank new auditorium, equipped with state-of-the-art Audio Visual systems, will reinforce and elevate this reputation. Not only will it serve as a much needed venue for our own programmes , it will be open for hire to non-members and Corporates as well . Card Room Where our Members deal a Winning Hand This is a popular daily destinations for our members. Our Rummy Tournaments are legendary, attracting participants from all over Bengaluru . We also conduct Bridge tournaments on Sunday mornings . The Guest Rooms at The Koramangala Club are spacious, well appointed and have a unique old world charm. They overlook our picturesque lawns and have independent balconies to enable comprehensive viewing pleasure. They are almost always fully occupied, which has made it imperative that we now add more rooms.
