Few more tips… SAA open the meeting with energy, meeting starts on time SAA give good introduction to President President keep opening speech short and sweet with a message if possible President give good introduction to TMOD President ensures excom meets minimum once per month TMOD has good theme, is well prepared and gives good introduction to all role-players including Timer, Greetmaster , Shootmaster etc TMOD ensures the meeting starts and ends on time VPE ensure the meetings have variety VPE ensures all members get to do all roles VPE – plan role-players 3 meetings in advance

Few more tips VPM ensure at least one membership survey is done every year VPPR ensures minimum 3 club newsletter every year VPPR ensures club is visible on social media, website etc Treasurer ensures the club revenue meets the expenses Excom to adopt members Excom plans one family outing for the club members Excom make sure all required materials are ordered from TI Have KPI, Secretary to send MOM within 48 hours, Treasure to make payment to TI for new member within 48 hours etc
