B. Sanctions for Minor Offense The following actions are minor breaches of discipline and shall be subject to the following penalties : 1 st Offense - 1 st warning 2 nd Offense - 2 nd warning 3 rd Offense - 1 day suspension 4 th Offense - 2 day suspension Repeated Offense -5 days suspension
B. Sanctions for Minor Offense 1. Failure to bring excuse letter for absence Curfew violations 2. Buying outside the campus during recess hours 3. Buying and bringing junk foods inside the campus during school days 4. Habitual tardiness (tardiness in a week)
B. Sanctions for Minor Offense 5. Boisterous laughs and/ or screaming 6. Staying in places other than the officially designed areas during flag ceremony assemblies 7. Unauthorized posting of notices and announcements on walls and doors 8. Use of cellphone during class hours (subject to confiscation )
Note : All confiscated materials may be redeemed by parents or guardians. When offenses are committed inside the classroom, the attending teacher has the responsibility to settle manageable cases; however, this must be reported to the Principal, and the class adviser.
B. Sanctions for Major Offense First Offense - 2 days Second Offense- 3 days suspension Third Offense - 5 days to maximum of 2 weeks suspension

Vandalism , writing on or destroying school property like chairs, tables, windows, books , laboratory equipment & others 5. Gambling of any sort 6. Drinking intoxicants and liquor 7. Extortion or asking money from others
B. Sanctions for Major Offense 8. Fighting , causing injury to others 9. Immorality / sexual harassment 10. Instigating , leading or participating in concerted activities leading to stoppage of classes 11. Forging or tampering with school records or transfer forms 12. Acts violence towards persons or authority in school 13. Bringing and sharing pornographic materials
B. Sanctions for Major Offense 14. Making obscene signs and gestures/ sending lewd text or picture messages through cell phones 15. Discourtesy to school officials and faculty members
B. Sanctions for Major Offense 16. Membership in organizations not recognized by the school such as fraternities, sororities and gangs. Anyone known to be participating and/ or directly involved in such organizations and who persists after being warned is subject to more serious disciplinary action (exclusion or expulsion ) 17. Repeated minor offenses are considered a major offense as it would constitute of persons in authority.
B. Sanctions for Major Offense In all cases of suspension, a written promise of future exemplary conduct signed by the pupil and countersigned by his parents or guardian shall be required as a condition for readmission and must be required in the case of suspension for more than three (3) days.
B. Sanctions for Major Offense The following actions are punished by DISMISSAL after due process: 1. Robbery , assaulting a teacher or any other school authority or his agents or students . 2. Carrying and concealing deadly weapons. 3. Using , possessing, and selling of prohibited drugs.
